  • Your ticket includes general admission to the event taking place January 26-28. This includes a welcome meet and greet on the evening of the 26th along with two full days of education, lunch both days as well as a farewell bonfire.

    Are you wanting to stay on site with the hosts, educators and other attendees in a more intimate setting? Upgrade your experience and get 3 nights accommodations. Want your own space? This option gets you a twin sized bed in a shared room. Think summer camp but elevated!

    $1,500.00 ea.

  • Shared Bed

    Shared Bed

    Travelling with a friend or willing to make a new one and save money by sharing a queen or king sized bed in a private room.
    Both attendees need to select this option when checking out.

Smile! By joining us at Evolve Workshops LLC, you’re giving us the go-ahead to snap some photos and videos of all the fun. We might use these images in our promotional stuff, whether that’s online or in print, to show the world how awesome our event is!

Ticket Talk: Got a ticket but can’t make it? You can transfer it to someone else until January 1st, 2025 for a $25 fee via our transfer portal. Remember, though, we don’t do refunds, even if life throws a curveball. If something wild like a zombie apocalypse, we might need to change the event date. Your ticket still won’t be refundable, but we’ll let you transfer it to our next event(s) depending on the value.

Just So You Know: The lineup and schedule could change—sometimes things happen! Also, by signing up for the event, you’re acknowledging that you’re 18 or older and are okay with the potential risks. We’re not liable for any mishaps unless they’re due to our serious negligence. This waiver is binding and covers any claims, losses, or injuries that might occur before, during, or after the event.
