Heads Up! While we do our best to keep everyone safe, Evolve Workshops, LLC can’t be held responsible for any medical emergencies that might pop up during the event. We’ve got your back, but please be aware that you’re attending at your own risk.

Smile! By joining us at Evolve Workshops LLC, you’re giving us the go-ahead to snap some photos and videos of all the fun. We might use these images in our promotional stuff, whether that’s online or in print, to show the world how awesome our event is!

Ticket Talk: Got a ticket but can’t make it? You can transfer it to someone else until August 1 2025 for a $75 fee via our transfer portal. Remember, though, we don’t do refunds, even if life throws a curveball. If something wild like a zombie apocalypse, we might need to change the event date. Your ticket still won’t be refundable, but we’ll let you transfer it to our next event(s) depending on the value.

Just So You Know: The lineup and schedule could change—sometimes things happen! Also, by signing up for the event, you’re acknowledging that you’re 18 or older and are okay with the potential risks. We’re not liable for any mishaps unless they’re due to our serious negligence. This waiver is binding and covers any claims, losses, or injuries that might occur before, during, or after the event.
